Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Styling. We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and store credits.
General Conditions
· All return / exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
· Items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and returned in their original packaging, with all original tags.
· Processed orders cannot be cancelled.
· Items once exchanged/returned are not eligible for further return or exchange.
· Refunds are issued as store credit only.
· Items purchased by redeeming store credit are eligible for size exchange only, and not eligible for returns.
We do not accept exchanges or returns due to slight differences in color or design. Due to different computer/laptop/mobile phone monitors and photographic light sources, the color of the image and the product may vary slightly.
Return Process
1. Once your return is received and passes our quality check (QC), your store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.
2. Partial withdrawals are not applicable.
3. Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to You. Please immediately inform our customer care department in the event of any products delivered without tags.
Exchange Process
· Exchanges can be requested for size only.(subject to availability).
· We offer 2 days for notification of exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the exchanged product(s) to reach us. We do not offer reverse pick-up services.
· You will have to send the shipment back to the company address at your own cost, thus, we advise you to check the size chart before you order your product.
· If your requested size isn’t available, a store credit will be issued so you can shop again anytime within the next 12 months.
Damaged or Defective Products
· Please make an unboxing video while opening your package.
· This is mandatory for any claim regarding damage or defect.
· Without an unboxing video, returns or exchanges for damage cannot be accepted.
Cancellations
· Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only.
· After 24 hours, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, return or exchange an item, the Customer must WhatsApp us @9888038955 which remains open from 11:00 to 8:00 from Monday to Saturday.

We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from Customer to Us.
