How long does it take to get my product?

Standard Shipping can take 7-11 working days.

Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping PAN India on STANDARD PREPAID ORDERS. Shipping charges on COD (Cash On Delivery) are extra 100/- per total order within India. 
  • Standard Shipping time is 2-3 working days for prepaid orders. COD Orders will be shipped only after confirmation via whatsapp only.

1. All the ready to ship products will be shipped in 2-3 working days. 
2. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 7 business days from the date of shipping. Business day mean Monday to Saturday except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
3. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Delivery Process 

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM to 7 PM, excluding public holidays and Sundays.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via mail/whats app that your order is dispatched.

Address changes are only possible if the order has not been shipped and if the new address is within the same state.

Styling is not responsible for any damage or loss once the product is handed over to the courier service.

We have provided an elaborated size guide. We Strongly Suggest you to refer that before you place an order.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Yes, we offer a return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return ( store credit) or exchange it within 2 days of receiving the product. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Thank you for shopping with Styling. We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and store credits.

 

General Conditions

 

·        All return / exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.

·        Items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and returned in their original packaging, with all original tags.

·        Processed/Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

·        Items once exchanged/returned are not eligible for further return or exchange.

·        Refunds are issued as store credit only.

·        Items purchased by redeeming store credit are eligible for size exchange only, and not eligible for returns.

 

We do not accept exchanges or returns due to slight differences in color or design. Due to different computer/laptop/mobile phone monitors and photographic light sources, the color of the image and the product may vary slightly.

 

Return Process 

1.     Once your return is received and passes our quality check (QC), your store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.

2.     Partial withdrawals are not applicable.

3.     Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to You. Please immediately inform our customer care department in the event of any products delivered without tags.

Exchange Process
 

·        Exchanges can be requested for size only.(subject to availability).

·        We offer 2 days for notification of exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the exchanged product(s) to reach us. We do not offer reverse pick-up services.

·        You will have to send the shipment back to the company address at your own cost, thus, we advise you to check the size chart before you order your product.

·        If your requested size isn’t available, a store credit will be issued so you can shop again anytime within the next 12 months.

Damaged or Defective Products

 

·        Please make an unboxing video while opening your package.

·        This is mandatory for any claim regarding damage or defect.

·        Without an unboxing video, returns or exchanges for damage cannot be accepted.

 

Cancellations

 

·        Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only.

·        After 24 hours, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.

 

To cancel, return or exchange an item, the Customer must WhatsApp us @9888038955 which remains open from 11:00 to 8:00 from Monday to Saturday.

We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from Customer to Us.
